The working principle of CNC spring machine

The principle of CNC spring machine is to use one or more pairs of rollers to compress and rotate the steel wire, push the steel wire forward, and rely on the upper and lower ring diameter rods to limit and guide the steel wire to form the steel wire. The steel wire moves forward continuously in the respective chutes of the upper and lower ring diameter rods.
By controlling the position of the upper and lower ring diameter rods, the size of the spring ring diameter can be controlled. The pitch rod is the vertical movement of the paper, and its function is to make the coiled wire form a thread rise angle. By controlling and adjusting the position of the pitch lever, the size of the spring pitch can be controlled.
After winding is completed, the wire is cut by a cutter. The mandrel acts as a support as the cutter cuts the wire. For mechanical spring coilers, since there is only one power mechanism, each action lever is completely linked by gears, cams and clutches. The structure is more complicated and the adjustment is time-consuming.
